Client Responsibilities

• Cooperate with our team in a timely manner to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with our website or services.

Payments & Billing

All service fees are agreed upon before the commencement of any project. The following payment terms apply:

• A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins, as specified in your service agreement.
• All payments are due within the timeframe stated in the invoice or project agreement.
• Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change; however, any changes will be communicated to existing clients in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MP Digitize IT Solution website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the intellectual property of MP Digitize IT Solution and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as agreed in the project scope. However, MP Digitize IT Solution retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality. MP Digitize IT Solution will not share, sell, or disclose any client data or project details to third parties without the client’s prior written consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

MP Digitize IT Solution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific results from our digital marketing or IT services, as outcomes can be influenced by factors beyond our control.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. MP Digitize IT Solution reserves the right to immediately terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to make required payments.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed remain due and payable.
